Return & Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at origamikidsbrand@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address we provide.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Made-to-Order Shirts
Please note that all shirts are made to order. As soon as you place a shirt order, it is automatically sent into production and custom-made specifically for you.
Because each shirt is a custom, made-to-order product, shirts are not eligible for standard returns or exchanges, and your purchase is considered final once the order is placed.
Defective, damaged, or incorrect shirts: Please inspect your shirt as soon as it arrives. If it is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item:
Contact us immediately at origamikidsbrand@gmail.com once you have received the item (the product must arrive before it can be sent back to us).
If we confirm the issue, we will cover the cost of the return shipping label so you can send the item back to us.
Refunds on made-to-order shirts are handled on a case-by-case basis. Because these are custom-made products, you are not automatically entitled to a refund, even for a confirmed issue. Origami Kids Brand reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a refund, replacement, or store credit will be issued.
Digital Products
Digital products have a strict NO return policy. Since you already have the file, it cannot be returned.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. (Please note made-to-order shirts are not eligible for exchanges — see the Made-to-Order Shirts section above.)
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
